* We'll begin and end our call with a grounding meditation to settle into your body, while tuning into both your mind and heart.

Dig deep to acknowledge and clarify the patterns you'd like to release, the person you'd like to become, and the goals you'd like to achieve along the way.

 EMPOWERED GOAL-SETTING
Set focused, achievable, whole-person goals directly related to your deep-rooted intentions, the patterns you'd like to release and the person you'd like to become.

INTENTIONAL ACTION
* Create your 3-Step Action Plan, so you may move forward with a clear, intentional, fiercely compassionate path. 


AFTER OUR CALL YOU'LL RECEIVE:

* Custom Workout Program clear, easy-to-follow workouts specific to your goals, your body and your life. Your custom workout program will include a unique mantra, video tutorials and your own 6-week mind-body calendar.



* 3-Step Action Plan PDF
You will receive a clear, relentlessly flexible action plan that will empower you to move toward your goals with a whole-person approach. 

*Custom Audio Meditation** I will create an audio file specifically for you, based on how you would like to grow, what you would like to shed and the energy you would like to embody. 
**If you are brand new to meditation, you will be taken care of! You’ll be introduced to mindfulness basics and simple, gentle meditation techniques immediately upon registering. 


COMPLETE 6-WEEK SUPPORT

*Three 30-Minute Follow-Up Sessions
Over the course of 6-Weeks together, our goal together to create a workout program, meditation practice and/or mindful eating routine that you can confidently execute and build upon for the next 2-6 months. Our follow-up conversations will allow us to refine, release, replace or replenish specific elements of your custom program.
